Policy on exchanges and refunds

Size exchanges are available with respect to stock availability, however no refunds since all our stocks are limited. All orders are carefully inspected for damages prior to shipment. However, in the event that you see any damage to the fabric, contact us within 5 days for defective/damaged products and provide evidence of damage.

For items bought during sale, you can exchange for a different size provided that such variation is still available, and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. In such a case, we will collect the product from you with a return fee of rupees 80 to pick up and deliver the requested product to you. One exchange per purchase.

STEPS TO FOLLOW to initiate exchange:

Within 14 days of delivery of your item, you can log into your fineapple account on the website and click “returns”. A fee of rupees 80 will be charged for the exchange as mentioned.

We will respond within 24-72 hours on your inquiry.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return (exchanges only). Once we have done so, we will replace you with the sizing you mentioned of the product within 8 days of the return.. We are entitled to refuse an exchange if the product returned is damaged or not in a re-saleable condition. Returns without tags,  signs of wear or stains etc will not be accepted. 

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available).

We cannot be held responsible if our returns/refund policy is not read.
